New clients must receive a compulsory patch test no less than 24 hours prior to treatment.
Regular clients receiving any new treatment must have a compulsory patch test, OR if it has been longer than 6 months since previous treatment a new patch test is required.
It is clients responsibility to book and attend a patch test within the required timescale. Failure to have a patch test carried out or within the required timescale, will occur in fees covering the full amount of treatment.
