Any new clients must receive a compulsory patch test no less than 48 hours prior to treatment. Regular clients receiving any NEW treatment must also have a patch test, OR if you haven’t had the treatment in over 6 months. It is your responsibility to book and attend a patch test within the required timescale. If you arrive for your appointment without a patch test or fail to book patch test within required timescale, the full amount of the treatment will be charged.
